Cancellations:

Life happens, and I totally get that sometimes plans change. However, to keep things smooth and avoid any awkward “where’s my time gone?” moments, please give me a solid 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel. During busy periods, I might request a deposit for first-time clients to ensure we're both on the same page. If you need to reschedule, you can do so once per deposit, as long as you give me that 24-hour heads-up. This helps me keep my schedule from turning into a game of Tetris!

No-shows will not be allowed to book again, regardless of if they wish to pay in advance. Having zero respect for my time means we aren’t a match, and you can find someone else instead. Just kidding (sort of).
